Online or Live in Lanzarote?

If you live in Lanzarote or just here on holiday, we can arrange in-person sessions in the format you prefer, at your place or outdoors.

If this is not your case (but I truly recommend visiting the island!), I offer remote sessions: this option has proven to be very effective and practical for moving and working out from home.

All you need is a tablet-pc-smartphone with a camera so I can see you and guide you as if I were right next to you.

  • Pilates

    Fully adaptable training for all fitness levels, postural needs and sport-specific goals.

    It’s a deep, mindful practice that, combined with breathwork, enhances body awareness and improves movement control.

  • Hatha Yoga & Restorative Yoga

    Yoga is a mindful practice that combines body movement - more or less dynamic - and breath to work physically and on a deeper, more subtle level.

    It helps to release physical and emotional tensions, bringing lightness and balance.

    When practiced gently and with the support of cushions and blankets, it becomes a deeply restorative and regenerating experience.

    We can choose to integrate these practices in one session or dedicate the entire class to one of them.

  • Functional Training with Trx

    A suspension tool that helps the body develop greater control while working through different levels of intensity.

    We can easily integrate this versatile equipment into mat Pilates classes.

  • Breathwork - Pranayama

    A guided breathwork practice that uses specific techniques to consciously regulate the breath, with the aim of restoring energetic balance and promoting relaxation.

  • Water-based Sessions

    Practicing on a SUP improves balance, core stability, deepens breath awareness and it’s so fun and refreshing moving in harmony with the sea!

  • A custom-made mix, just for You

    If you’re open to it, my approach is to design a fully personalized path, combining different disciplines in a way that meets your unique needs - not just for the long term, but also for how you feel right now.

    My first question will always be: How are you today?
